His expertise spans residential sales, investment properties, property management, renovations, and income-producing real estate throughout Hamilton, Burlington, Niagara, and the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
Sandy is also a recognized educator and leader in the Canadian real estate industry. He formerly co-hosted the Breakthrough Real Estate Investing Podcast, which surpassed 2 million downloads, and has coached and mentored more than 300 Realtors and investors. Today, he combines hands-on investing experience, market knowledge, and a practical approach to help clients make informed real estate decisions and build lasting wealth through property ownership.
